On Thursday, January 14th at 7:00 pm, we will have another Japan meeting in the band room. It is important that I have 2 copies of your passport and a “Minor Consent” form for each minor not traveling with both parents. At this meeting we will discuss current rooming arrangements, more etiquette, and view a video on some things to expect. Also, unless you have made other arrangements with me, all payments are due by January 15th. I am really getting excited about this trip and look forward to this meeting.
